@olderaleighvillage
Invesco hired our team to establish a digital presence for Olde Raleigh Village, a grocery-anchored shopping center. The challenge is how to brand Olde Raleigh as more than a place to get groceries. (And how to do it without a photography or social ad budget.) Through social media outreach, free community events, and self-taught photography, we saw 22,000 impressions and 1,000 organic engagements in the first year!
@savonamill
Our team was brought on to manage content creation, social media, and property activation for Savona Mill, a mixed-use redevelopment of a 1914 mill. The challenge: the local community had strong opinions about Savona’s future and its tenants. Our strategy focused on modernizing Savona Mill while highlighting its historical significance and role as a community center.
@thediscochics
Long live pandemic startups! While some people baked banana bread or started TikToks, my friend Belva and I turned to crafts, creating The Disco Chics. We launched an eco-friendly, handcrafted disco ball company fueled by our love for disco and plenty of free time. Although The Disco Chics is no longer active, making disco balls remains one of my favorite hobbies, and this feed is just too pretty not to highlight!
@capitalmarketplace
Finmarc hired our team to create a social media presence for Center Capital Marketplace. We built their Facebook and Instagram from scratch, establishing the center as a community destination following their rebranding and renaming. We made the marketplace a vibrant local hub through strategic content and engagement.
@springarborliving
Spring Arbor hired our team to restart its Instagram presence. Their previous page was graphic-heavy, so we introduced a blend of imagery, thought leadership, and family tips and resources. To meet the client's desire for clean brand integration, we created content pillars focusing on thought leadership and tips, community highlights, and blog posts, incorporating graphics as requested.
@millerfest
The MillerFest Instagram is my ultimate playground. With a fun and silly tone, I like to highlight the unique aspect of the festival where the attendees are also the musicians. This approach allows us to capture and share the joy, spontaneity, and community spirit of MillerFest, making the experience as engaging and entertaining online as it is in person.
